Sorry all, I've been on holiday with my grandparents, and CNN is on 24/7 (my grandpa is a simple man with simple ideas, but boyo, he breathes politics). the headaches from politiking haven't yet left me (and are the main cause of my spiritual recharge), so this may be a bit short. forgive me, brothers.
after W cursed us with the war on is- I mean, terror, (after all, islam is good, right?) I thought that we could sink no lower. unfortunately, when my grandfather showed me the most recent Newsweek title, with the IngSoc logo and the title "we're all socialists now", I fell flat on my tuchas. I've said it already: this will not work. isn't pissing rainstorms of cash into businesses without creating any products what made germany fall into ruins the first time in the 1920's? I've got a milliard-mark (trillion mark) bill from my uncle wendel to prove it: this kind of thing is all noise and no trombone. however, there is something that did happen: it was the first real push in the american socialist movement. (as far as I know, i hear the very dregs of liberal media, and we all know how often they ever say anything critical of the state [if it's democrat-owned, don't get me started] and I get even less than that).
A while ago, I was speaking with a man, Tafari, who called Yah by name. as we were discussing the mortgage crisis, we made a comparison between egypt and america. Yahuweh destroyed Amon Ra, the National god of Egypt; and Now He destroys the American God Tash (I mean Cash, excuse my calormene). I think we should say that this is just one of those impossible steps that keep occuring as we near the end of the age, and though we can not reverse it now, it does impress on thing upon the mind: the time is ripe for the picking.
may El Elyon Yahuweh be with us all until we meet him face to Face, Peace in the messiah,
Adam

Under CNN's Quickvote survey today (2 March 2009) it has the following question:
When do you think the world economy will recover? >2009 >2010 >2011 >2012 >I don't want to say
What do you guys think? Do you think this is a trick question ;) ? Maybe it's misleading in the fact they assume the world economy will recover, in that it will definitely see better days. Maybe sometime within the next few years it will seem as if it has recovered, but will it really recover, or can we expect a much bigger, and maybe complete, fall?
Note: I wanted to upload a screenshot of the survey but I couldn't get my image tag to work.

Recover? Get real. Like I wrote somewhere in FH, "We're not just in a hole, folks. This is the journey to the center of the earth."

Yeah. Good luck with that recovery thing.
Even if we did everything right (instead of what is being done wrong) it would take a decade to recover in normal times. As we know, these are not "normal" times. |

I guess when it seems as if it has recovered politicians, on the backs of their "financial" experts, will claim it has recovered. Anything to keep people optimistic while the train is heading to destruction (see: KP's metaphor concerning the locomotive, posted by In His Name here), only this train won't just derail, no, it's heading over the cliff edge and far below is a seriously deep valley where complete destruction awaits. It won't be able to recover. What's needed is a completely new system, can I suggest to people to just forget about the current economic crisis and to instead trust in Yahweh and wait for Yahshua's Second Coming?

Quote:Tuesday, April 14, 2009
"Now, there's a parable at the end of the Sermon on the Mount that tells the story of two men. The first built his house on a pile of sand, and it was soon destroyed when a storm hit. But the second is known as the wise man, for when `the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house, it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.' It was founded upon a rock. We cannot rebuild this economy on the same pile of sand. We must build our house upon a rock. "
--President Barack Obama, in remarks about the economy on Tuesday (April 14) at Georgetown University in Washington. |

The Saga of the Bearer Bonds Karl Denninger has an interesting take on this story.Apparently our gov. may have been in this bailout buisness for quite a while. Any links to informative stories on this from Europe or Asia would be appreciated,as it's not getting much attention here. I guess because $134,500,000,000 is chump change anymore. Unreal |
