Interesting indeed, although I would disagree with him that Hitler was far right, National SOCIALIST Party???

It seems that once again, people are serving a religion and as such have lost the connection with the one thing that will set them free.

Thanks for the link.

Thanks: 4 times
After reading the first few paragraphs, I was expecting this to be authored by a Ron Paul supporter and saw that I was correct. I think the article makes a fair point regarding the ekklesia not being a political movement. That said there remains an issue for we who live in a society with representative governments, yet are called to be set apart unto Yah. As YY points out in the Pergamos chapter, all governments and parties are corrupt (probably becasue they are made up of flawed and sinful people) and are neither godly nor a means to salvation.

I'm not as versed in nor convinced by the insidious power of the various one world governemnt movements as YY or this author. It seemed to me that Cold War was contested by two "one world" movements yet with very different visions for the world. One with very rigid even totalitarian rulesets and one with much less strict even pluralistic rulesets. It seems to me there is a similar ongoing struggle except now with a poli-religious agenda rather than atheistic one.

So what are we to do? I think in the end like the author I will continue to excercise my right to vote and address my greviences to my representatives, but I have little expectation that significant change will result and certainly not those events Messiah speaks of as yet future history.

The one religious super block that is holding out against the Globalists is Islam i.e. The middle east. The ME has money that it does not know what to do with, so the normal form of currency bribery does not work. But there is one thing that they do want - Israel

Annapolis was all about 'selling' Israel, in exchange for the ME to come into the globalist camp.

Of course this is bringing them all up against YHWH, they have never before gone into direct conflict with YHWH but this time it is going to be interesting.

The turn around in public opinion has been assiduously prepared, fifteen years ago we all supported 'Israel' now the poor palestinians are the underdogs and Israel the 'occupiers'.

Note also the sudden intelligence turn around on Iran (who have probably just come into the globalist camp in some way).

Somehow I suspect that YHWH will not allow Jerusalem back into pagan hands.

This means that the next move will have to be an invasion of Israel, covertly sponsored by the globalists....

watch this space - or re-read Ezekiel:-)

I remember reading some quotes by Ameni-jihad when he was in the US and it sounded almost new-agey to me. I'm sure there's much more going on behind the scenes than we know, but YHWH will have the last laugh. :)
