Exodus 31:13 commands us to "GUARD" the Sabbath of our Father "ABOVE ALL". It is a sign between HIM and us, forever. Revelation 7:3-4 shows us the 144,000 are sealed and protected in the last days, with HIS sign. It's that important.
Satan has his sign too, thinking Satan is so stupid as to physically mark his followers has caused a deep deception. Just as the sign of our Father has no physical mark, so does the sign of Satan. The false Sabbath of man and his religions is that mark. We know the errors of Christianity, so no need to go there. Judaism adopted the lunar calendar of Babylon after the exile. Yet they too have pinned their Sabbath to the Roman calendar day of Saturn. Thinking this is the perpetual seventh day from the creation week is quite ridiculous. The roman calendar didn't exist before the year 46 BC. So ask yourself, how was the sabbath determined before the creation of the roman calendar? The lunar Sabbath folks will tell you their Sabbath is the true Sabbath. Yet nowhere in scripture are we given instructions to formulate a lunar calendar. They can't even provide scripture to identify how to determine a new moon. They also have to change the scriptural beginning of a day to sunrise so they can roast the Passover lamb by fire on the eve of their 15th day Sabbath.
The truth is, one man was given the wisdom and authority to reveal the calendar of our Father. His name is Enoch, the "seventh" from Adam, Jubilees 4:16-18. It is only by this means of marking time that the true sabbath can be identified. Chapters 72-82 of the book of Enoch are the only scriptural instructions to formulate a calendar system, which is confirmed in the book of Jubilees. Why has man and his religions condemned these two books?

There is absolutely no reason to believe that the book called Enoch was written by the Enoch mentioned in Bareshiyth. In fact believing so requires a HUGE leap of faith that boarders on the same stupidity as religion.

Let's assume that the Enoch of Bareshiyth wrote a book.

We then have to assume that said book was carried from him and given to Noah who took it with him on the Ark.

Then we have to assume that Noah kept up with it, and passed it down from there to each generation to Abram. 11 Generations.

Then we have to assume that Abraham passed it to Yitshaq, and Yitshaq to Yaqob and Yaqob to his sons.

Then we have to assume that it was taken with and carried through nearly 400 years of slavery in Egypt.

Then we have to assume that Moshe had it when he led the Yisraelites out of Egypt.

That they had it when they entered the Promised Land.

Oh and by the way during this WHOLE time, not one person ever bothered to mention it, Yahowah never speaks of it's existance, and not one copy or fragment or quote form it can be found anywhere until centuries later.

Then you have the fact that we do not have a single copy of it in Hebrew, the oldest copy we have is in Ge’ez, an Ethiopian language. The handful of Aramaic fragments which were found in the Dead Sea Scrolls actually go a long way to show that the Ge’ez text were heavily altered. So the Ge’ez text is untrustworthy, and the Aramaic is so limited in what actually exists that no book could be compiled, and nothing understood because there is not enough to gain contextual understanding without the use of the Ge’ez text.

In addition Yahowah makes habit of being very repetitive in His message. He wants to be clear and accurate. If this is something so important, life or death as you are indicating, how come he never mentions it again? The feasts are mentioned throughout the Towrah, the Sabbath is mentioned time and time again, and everything important to Yahowah is mentioned more than once and in more than one place. This repetitiveness not only ensures that we can clearly understand Yahowah’s intended message, but also makes it much more difficult for man to corrupt that message. So why is this “calendar of Enoch” not mentioned once anywhere else in the Towrah if it is that important?

Yahowah’s Towrah (Towrah – Source of Teaching and Instruction and the Place from which Direction and Guidance Flow) is wholly complete and entirely perfect (tamym – without defect, lacking nothing, totally correct, sound, genuine, right, helpful, healing, beneficial, and true), returning, restoring, and transforming (suwb – turning around, bringing back, changing, and renewing) the soul (nepesh – our consciousness). Yahowah’s restoring testimony (‘eduwth – enduring witness) is trustworthy and reliable (‘aman – is instructive, informative, verifiable, confirming, supportive, and establishing), making understanding and obtaining wisdom (hakam – making education, learning, and enlightenment to the point of comprehension) easy for those who are receptive (pethy – simple for the open-minded).

Yahowah’s instruction for the Sabbath is just that the first time it appears in Bareshiyth and every other of the numerous times it is reiterated. The Sabbath is simple as simple can be 6 days of work 1 day of rest. NOTHING more complex than that.

But beyond all this your question of

Is the wrong question to ask. The burden of proof lies on the one claiming a text is from God. It is Mohammad’s and Muslims job to prove the Quran is from God, it is Joseph Smith and Mormon’s job to prove the book of Mormon is from God, it is Paul’s and Christian’s job to prove that Paul’s letters are from God. It is not our job to prove every wacko that claims to speak for God doesn’t.

The question to ask is why should we consider these two books as Yahowah’s Word? This is something I have never heard a single person who is promoting Enoch and Jubilees answer. The question is do these two books pass Yahowah’s Dabariym 18 test or not.
Don't take my word for it, Look it up.
