ITG 3-3-p. 141, middle of the page: That is not the end of the verse, but it marks the end of our ability to rely on the Masoretic Text. So then from the Dead Sea Scrolls, we read:...

This is confusing to me, do we not have complete Masoretic texts, and incomplete DSS?

My reading suggests that the Masoretic text ends there, but that in the DSS it continues, and that Yada is providing us with that missing part. I could be wrong.

I believe what he means is that it is from that point on in that verse that the MT and DSS diverge, but I don't have Logos with me at the moment to check.
Don't take my word for it, Look it up.
