I was beginning to do some research on the migration of the tribes scattered during the first dispersion and I came across a video on youtube called "the other israel" a documentary by a guy by the name of Ted Pike. I want to make it clear that I do not agree with the overall perspective and many of the conclusions in this video and its message. It is clearly anti-jew "blame the jews" in its message and its concluding message is very misleading and idiotic. But I wanted to start this post to get the ball rolling in discussing the Talmud and the other literatures of "judaism" and what it actually says. Now that I think of it, what better way to start the discussion than with a documentary who's producers are as misguided as what they are trying to expose.:) What got my attention about this documentary was the first half (about 2 min in to the movie until about 25 minutes in) in which the host sites passages out of the encyclopedia Judaica and other literature that defines judaism. I had no idea how corrupt its messages are. It suggests to me from this video, if it sites these books accurately, that mohammed got more instruction from the rabbis than just learning the stories from the scriptures. It also suggests to me that there is an agenda behind judaism, and that this agenda is almost universally and mistakenly attached to a people rather than to a religion by the uninformed. It would be of significant value to all, to be able to separate the Towrah from Judaism and make that distinction apparent. This was clearly a significant theme from what we have of the writings witnessing to the MassaYah's words and deeds. I am looking forward to hearing your perspective yada yahwah forum participates. Jason Cut and paste this link below into your browser: http://youtu.be/pm3lVncNFyAP.S. here are some more videos on the same topic, including some clips of othodox talmudites showing the symptoms of religion in israel and abroad and interestingly enough voicing anti zionist agenda. Talmudites are anti zionist? I had not even considered that. Anyone have any insight as to why? http://youtu.be/Y0Lnls9qZv4http://youtu.be/rhQjHJJI6U0 http://youtu.be/e2ULvT_ddnMhttp://youtu.be/kh2mdPbYnZIhttp://youtu.be/IapWP8hq9Mc (this last one is sad, so many layers of confusion, so much bullSh*#, I highly doubt that in israel they are not free to practice their talmudism, from what I can see they are the intimidators) SHAMAR TOWRAH

If my goal is to learn what is and what is not Towrah, I should learn what is Towrah. Then I will also know what is not Towrah. Once I know Towrah, the distinction between what is and what is not is made. Until I know Towrah there is uncertainty. Religion is deceptive because it made of half-truths, You can not learn what is truth from that source, it will only lead to confusion.

That was not my point at all InHisName. Of course there is no point in reading talmud literature to understand the towrah!!
The point of knowing what the Talmud teaches is to know what the talmud teaches, and knowing what the talmud teaches has value because you are less vulnerable to it's deceptive guises. The same thing is true for islam and christianity. These talmudites are calling themselves towrah observant and that they are oppressed by zionists when in fact they ignore and rewrite the towrah (as we can see clearly in the mesoretic text) and impose their talmud laws on others in the state of israel, even to the point of spitting on girls as young as 8 years old on their way to school. Is it not beneficial to understand their motives and expose their opposition to Yahwah's towrah?
We see this demonstrated by Yahusha in matthew 15:1-9. Yahosha obviously knew what the pharisees were teaching and he used it against them according to the towrah's instructions and Yahwah's words.
If you want to learn and discuss the towrah by all means do so. There are many forum topics to choose from. I created this topic to discuss the surprisingly little talked about ugly side of the talmud that helps us understand the true nature of this religion and make a distinction between it and Yahwah's towrah.
Reading the title of the topic being discussed may help you see the point next time.
Thanks your sharing though.

You make a valid point, Jason. For me, reading the Babylonian Talmud would be of little value, for I have no contact with members of Judaism (that I know of). Moreover, I usually do not engage in conversation with strangers. Therefore, learning all about what's wrong with this or that set of master documents is nothing which interests me.
That being said, if someone is planning on carrying Yah's Word to a member of Judaism, then at least a cursory knowledge of Talmudic teaching would be most helpful, I would think.
Just my two cents' worth.

Hi Jason
I watched the first video and found it very interesting. It also had some good history and photos
It really showed how corrupt and deceptive all 3 of the religions are ( Talmud, New Testament and Quran )
It seems to me that religions have a need to avoid the Torah and YHWH's covenant and come up with their own angle to Yah's word.

Very interesting especially when comparing to Khazars. Man, does that make Eze 38 & 39 different.

I agree that knowing what the talmud says has limited value, just as knowing what paul or mohammed said has limited value. It just seemed apparent to me that the talmud's guises have not yet been fully exposed to us in this forum community. We have all experienced the benefits of coming to understand the fallacies of islam and christianity. I think it is part of the process of walking away from babel. Just as the leaven is to be search out and removed from our dwellings for the feast of unleavened bread, I think that it is appropriate to search out these thing (talmud, chistianity, islam) in order to remove it. Many of us coming out of christianity knew there was something wrong with the church a long time ago, but until we searched out diligently these things we could not effectively remove it from our psyche. But even if some of us didn't come out of christianity it still adds to understanding and perspective to make the distinctions between fact and fiction regardless of how pervasive it is in our day to day lives.
It also seems relevant to me that both paul and mohammed were both heavily influenced by pharisaical religious thought.
They answered him, “Abraham is our father.” Jesus said to them, “If you were Abraham’s children, you would be doing the works Abraham did, but now you seek to kill me, a man who has told you the truth that I heard from God. This is not what Abraham did. You are doing the works your father did.” They said to him, “We were not born of sexual immorality. We have one Father—even God.” Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love me, for I came from God and I am here. I came not of my own accord, but he sent me. Why do you not understand what I say? It is because you cannot bear to hear my word. You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and has nothing to do with the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies. But because I tell the truth, you do not believe me. Which one of you convicts me of sin? If I tell the truth, why do you not believe me? Whoever is of God hears the words of God. The reason why you do not hear them is that you are not of God.”
