"In fact, when it comes to banning books, religion is the worst reason of the lot. Pretty awesome dude!

They do that at some major surf comps. In South Africa they get the local Xhosa Warriors to come pray a blessing over the sea and surf contest. Sometimes you just wish the ocean to go dead flat and offer no waves during the duration of the competition, but usually the opposite happens, the surf is great and the competition goes well. The major competitons being held in the winter surf season is the obvious reason for the surf being good, because the winter brings cold fronts up the coast with big swell and the right wind direction. With the Xhosa Warriors being thanked afterwards as if they really did provide the good surf is quite annoying. They offer a great cultural experience, but that's about it.

Really annoying isn't it?! Even they themselves are unsure whether God exists or not. I decided to visit their website, they openly mock the Scirptures, in this case Leviticus 19:28, their chief executive is planning to get a tattoo of their logo, the size of the tattoo will be determined by the amount of donations received.

Also, this bus campaign is titled Atheist Bus Campaign! I think the UK transport support might suffer as a result.

I asked Yada where this organization would find the funding to advertise such a message. Yada responded simply, "The Fabian Society."

Here's a description from the Wikipedia:

Quote:
The Fabian Society is a British intellectual socialist movement, whose purpose is to advance the principles of Social democracy via gradualist and reformist, rather than revolutionary means. It is best known for its initial ground-breaking work beginning late in the 19th century and continuing up to World War I. The society laid many of the foundations of the Labour Party and subsequently affected the policies of states emerging from the decolonisation of the British Empire, especially India. Today, the society is a vanguard "think tank" of the centre-left New Labour movement. It is one of 15 socialist societies affiliated to the Labour Party. Similar societies exist in Australia (the Australian Fabian Society), Canada (the Douglas-Coldwell Foundation and in past the League for Social Reconstruction) and New Zealand.

I really don't see how that could be a reason I SHOULDN'T worry. I think I'd be worring a lot more if I thought that was the case. I mean, the international economy is shot, wealth distributions seem to be stratifying rapidly, and large numbers of people are out for our blood and the little time we would have in a Godless world just because some 7th century brigand told them to be so. Mankind and nature don't really allow us to stop worrying. I shudder to think what this world would be like without Yahuweh. I sincerely doubt that ANYBODY would be able to "enjoy their life." Wait---they wouldn't have one anyway...

No, "These are the Words" says if you children are against ""YAHUWEH"" have them killed. I think it was more than not follow, and I know it was directed only at YAHUWEH.

I like how his statement has no logical coherance. Messiah can't very well "bring the flock in" by letting them scatter wherever they please, can He? While Mayor Villaraigosa would be right in stating that Yahushua would love to bring in "every one of us" why does he then assume that he's going to do it against people's will AND His own standards?

"I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent." Luke 15:7

The operative word there being "repent."

"On hearing this, Jesus said to them, "It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.""

And here He is coming as a doctor to cure people. If they refuse the doctor's cure, then what can the doctor do for them?
And finally...

Then neither do I condemn you," Jesus declared. "Go now and leave your life of sin."

Why does everybody preach the first part of that and ignore part 2?

A filmmaker who recently released an independent project about a formula that turns all heterosexuals into "gays" now has announced he's working on "The Princess Diana Bible" in which "God" ordains homosexuality as the better lifestyle.

"There are many different versions of the Bible; I don't see why we can't have one," stated Max Mitchell in a statement on a website for his new project.
