Interesting that they're all named after patriarchs in Israel. Also, their mothers were all "legitimate" wives, not concubines. Jacob of course was married to Rachel, who gave birth to Joseph. Judah and Simeon were both sons of Leah. I have no idea if that's significant. It seems Mary and Joseph may have been fixated on legitimacy for some reason :-)
