The Owner's Manual--Volume II: What Maimonides Missed

I'm happy to report that the intro and first three chapters of the companion work to The Owner's Manual have now been posted on www.theownersmanual.net . The first work explored the list of 613 Laws formulated by Maimonides, the influential 11th century rabbi, considered the most authoritative source among orthodox Jews today. Since his listing had so many gaping holes in it, I've gone back into the Torah and looked for things the Rambam didn't cover. What I'm learning is even more eye-opening than I expected. Enjoy, my friends. kp

Wonderful!!!
But I found a typo--- (689) Look at God’s promises from where you are. "And Yahweh said to Abram, after Lot had separated from him: ‘Lift your eyes now and look from the place where you are--northward, southward, eastward, and westward; for all the land which you see I give to you and your descendants forever. And I will make your descendants as the dust of the earth; so that if a man could number the dust of the earth, then your descendants also could be numbered. Arise, walk in the land through its length and its width, for I give it to you.’" (Genesis 13:14-17) It was only after Abram’s final break with his old world--his separation from his nephew lot,
I am loving this, thanks!!

Thanks, Tiffany (and You're welcome). I've made the change in the master file. I'll be thunderstruck if they're aren't many more glitches.

Hi, folks. Just an update: Chapter 4 of "What Maimonides Missed" is now up on the TOM site. It's called "The Tabernacle of God" and there are some surprises in there if you thought the Tabernacle was just a tent. I'm continually astounded by what Yahweh's shown us, if only we'll look. Enjoy, my friends. http://www.theownersmanu..._Tabernacle_of_God.Torahkp

Shalom, everyone. I'm happy to announce that Chapter 5 of "What Maimonides Missed" has now been posted on TOM. "Yahweh's Team" drills down into details of what the High Priest's garments signified, among other things. I found it a fascinating, eye-opening study. Enjoy!

Once again, I'm happy to announce another chapter of "What Maimonides Missed" is up on the TOM site. Chapter 6 focuses on the procedure Yahweh ordained for consecrating Aaron and his sons. Sound dry as dirt, doesn't it? But if we're willing to look one inch below the surface, what looks like pointless religious nonsense to the world turns out to be an incredible confirmation of God's love.
