Thus the intentional lack of vowels in the Torah scroll adds an element of elasticity to the text, and sets the stage for the gamut of 70 different interpretations.

I read this a couple of weeks ago. It is a slippery slope for them so they are opposed to what I've been doing. But it's nice that they have admitted the obvious and have acknowledged that this is a serious problem for them.
