I think you are talking about James Trimm's Hebraic Roots Version Scriptures. Don's is truly original as I haven't seen a translation quite like it as he used the Dead Sea Scrolls, Septuagint, and the Masoretic Text for the Old Testament and the Aramaic Peshitta and the Textus Receptus for the New Testament.
