I put this in the "Twilight Zone" because I wasn't sure exactly where it went. How are people making their choices as to how far to walk away from certain things, like politics? This is one where I am a little unsure in my own mind. For instance, I have absolutely zero desire to vote. I may vote for issues such as tax increases that are specifically on the ballot - but I don't feel like I can pull the lever for any of the talking political heads. Listening to them in a new light - the all disgust me immensely. I was a pretty strong conservative in the past, but when I stop to listen to the entire lot of the field - they all sound the same and it is all disgusting to my ears. I guess I am looking for my equilibrium and maybe hearing other peoples perspectives on their balance of walking away versus being a part of their community will help.

I have been thinking about this a lot as I contrast it with my view when I was a Christian. It felt like my requirement was the "save the world from hell". But now I just feel that Yahowsha' was accurate in His view of the future, as was the prophet Daniel - things are going to fall apart and there is nothing I can do to stop it. While I would never support destruction, never condone evil, never sit silent in the face of wrong- it is starting to feel like participating in the system at all is picking a side of evil as there doesn't seem to be anyone on the side of Yah - does that make sense?

I would just like to hear how others are walking this line out of Babylon. Sometimes I feel like Lot and am trying to completely resist the urge of "looking back", but at the same time - I haven't really walked away from Sodom myself. While my heart is not longer here, and my mind sees how bad it is - by feet are still firmly planted in U.S. of Babylon.

And, it isn't just politics per se, but that is the biggest issue since it's election time.

I don't vote, and won't endorse such evil and their henchmen.
I could elaborate for hours, but won't :^)

It almost feels like the world is unraveling in front of me at times. I won't vote. I too won't endorse or condone any candidate even though I can't stand our current president and his vp. They are marxist, and the marxist media is joined at the hip with this walk towards socialism. All we have to do is look across the ocean at how well it worked for them and know it's not a viable option b/c we already have as many makers as we do takers here in the, US. The storehouses are empty now.

I won't be voting. My choice is Mr. Welfare-Warfare or Mr. Warfare-Welfare. We have had the same president now for over 60 years. He may change his face and name but he has the same agenda. Sometimes he slows down or speeds up....sometimes he veers left or right.....but the big picture plan moves forward. Nothing good can come of it. And contrary to what everyone says the only way to avoid liability for the sins of the state is to withold giving them the legitimacy they garner through your participation. Take the logic to it's ultimate destination. We have two less than ideal candidates....we are voting for the lesser of two evils....if we do participate....to what degree they are less than ideal or evil....is beyond the scope of this exercise. So let's plug in two other candidates in their place.....two evils like Hitler and Stalin. So who do you choose.....if you don't vote....then you are to blame for whoever wins.....the morning after when Hitler wins....what do you do...go out and buy a bumper sticker that says. "Don't blame me, I voted for Stalin!"? It is the same with Obama and Romney....the only distinction is degree. Rombama represents the same Ozymandias-like path trying to win over the same populace....a populace that would make the Assyrians and Babylonians say, "wow, who are these people trying to kid?" I am done with that whorehouse in the swamp....named after that false god George....done with would be messiahs who are so deluded and megalomaniacal that they actually take themselves and their polluted schemes seriously even to the last moment before they are hurled off their polluted temples into the flames below. I am done with the Poligious death dealer called the State. Anarchy would be preferable to what the state has wrought. At least the robbers would be seen for what they were. The only candidate I vote for from here on out is YHWH.
YHWH's ordinances are true, and righteous altogether.

Thanks guys - so nice to be around "family"!

It is hard to get folks to understand when you won't "pick your poison". It is hard for people to get that there is no such thing as "lesser of two evils", evil is just evil and it only has the capacity for growth. So, even if one looks "lesser" today, they won't be after a couple years in office.

Even before we came fully into truth, but had started our journey, my husband and I predicted who would be the candidates for this election. We figured out the "picking" process and true enough we were correct. No, American's haven't picked a president in decades - it has been chosen for them years in the past. What is so worrisome is how many people don't realize the trap they have fallen into. They are herded like sheep in one direction or the other. It it almost too easy to manipulate the masses. People still thinking they are "free" and have choice. While slavery was bad, at least they knew they were slaves and wanted out. This thing here is so sobering because people truly think they are free. Yet, they are told when to feel outrage, when to give someone a "pass", when to ignore something, and when to be angry at the wrong person. When you step back from Babylon - it really is like unplugging from the Matrix. You realize every single thing you thought was real was just a hoax and you were nothing more than battery power for evil powers that walked freely and you didn't even know it. I can imagine how the children of Yah felt 20 years before their Egyptian captivity was to end. You are anxious, nervous, scared, but also waiting in amazing anticipation at the freedom you KNOW is coming. It's just getting through those final years, not letting the system get inside you. Hoping your children are still innocent and undamaged by the stink of Babylon when they are freed. Scrubbing nightly in the shower to get any stink of Babylon off of yourself as you wait for Father to do what He said He would, and you wait for "the hugs and kisses" of the Set Apart Spirit (as my daughter would say).

Yes the 2 party system is a clever ruse, because single party dictorships are easily toppled. But hey, present 2 controlled hand picked choices with minor differences and watch the masses divide, debate and fund the turd they think is more highly polished.

So, I was really thinking about politics as I see so many people going absolutely crazy in their picking of sides. The newest quote is "if you sit out and do nothing, evil will prevail".

Well, I got to thinking about that. The most modern day "evil" that we always look to is Hitler. However, when you think about it - how many people did Hitler actually kill? I mean Hitler himself. For instance, just because you order me to kill someone, doesn't mean I have to do it. I can't think of any actual murder being attributed directly to the hands of Hitler. It really doesn't matter how "evil" a "leader" is, as long as people in the population are unwilling to follow evil orders, everything is just fine. However, if people are willing to follow evil, even if a "good" leader is in office, there is always someone in the crowd to whisper to the weak that evil "must" be done and those folks will comply.

I see so many supposedly religious and "right" people that absolutely ignore abortion on the left, and the "collateral damage" killing in the right, just to make sure their guy gets into office. I realize these people will follow a donkey or an elephant all the way to the gas chambers not to go inside, but to push the button that will initiate the killing. For the first time, I see people that I would normally love and trust as for what they have the potential to become, henchmen. I see people vigorously support abortion - they come up with every excuse possible, but in the end they are sided with evil and admit they will "stand for the right of women to choose" knowing full well what that means. I see people on the right who justify the killing of innocents as people "protecting our freedom". Really, how is dropping a bomb on women and babies protecting my "freedom". The people I know that are passionate on both sides (and the numbers are growing) absolutely, positively, beyond a shadow of a doubt have the potential to be henchmen doing the work of evil. They have already justified it in their minds. They are willing to pull whatever lever is put in front of them and they already have their story as to why it was necessary (protecting freedom, protecting the rights of women, preemptive strike, balancing nature). I am realizing, in horror, the fact that what will be done will be done by choice. Yes, they will be deceived, but they will still have the choice to turn away and lose their own head, but they won't. They will pull the trigger, push the button, dig the ditch, and whatever else is asked of them. Just like Hitler could have been nothing but a raving lunatic that gave a lot of silly orders that were never followed, so will be the "leaders" of whatever mess comes upon the world leading up to 2033. I thought my friends, my family, my acquaintances would be cowering in holes and hiding, running for their lives and digging bunkers. They won't, they will most likely be full participants in the chaos.

It really is time to step up my efforts and sending out smoke signals and trying to speak truth. But, I also understand it will mostly fall on deaf ears.

I feel as you do dajstill! It Is truly a sorry state this world has gotten itself into! My eyes and mind have been opened so wide. There will indeed only be a relative handful that will be part of Yah's family, as He has already observed. We all need to keep doing what we must. Must keep away from all the filth and corruption.

Dajstill....talk about de profundis.

I know exactly what you are saying and your post immediately made me think of two quotes that have been cycling through my head as of late.
I am not saying that these are the exact quotes but I think they are pretty close to the original.....and for the sake of time I didn't look them up.

Hitler as the chancellor of Germany is a world tragedy.....Hilter at a town meeting is a lonely a**hole. - Karl Hess

There is one thing more wicked than the will to command and that is the will to obey - William Clifford

Apply those two quotes to Hitler. The monolithic state apparatus.....the perfect melding of religion and state into the poligious entity. These are the offspring of Babylon. The state and all of its military and economic schemes. What would the Hitlers of the world do without it? Not much of anything. This is what Babel is all about. What was Babel......a grand project. What is the grand project.....shorthand for the state. How do nations measure their greatness and how they stack up in view of history?......by the grand projects of the state......What do we all as children learn in the schools of the apparatus? The pyramids, the great wall, the pyramids (this time in south America), the parthenon, the wars...the wars...the wars....THE WARS!!!!......and on and on and on.
The great project is the representation of abdication of individual humanity to the state.....whether it be state personified as the god king or the senate and people of Rome. Babel isn't just about a tower.....It is about the entire apparatus that seeks to rule people through the application of a regimented organizational hierarchy through a combination of beguilling and poisoning the minds of its subjects so that they willingly offer up their lives in whatever matter the state sees fit or by the use of violence and the threat of violence. It is wonderful if the people will with pride swelling in their hearts give themselves as freewill offerings to the state....free to dispose of their minds and bodies as it sees fit.....but if whips and chains and a little bit of murder (or even a lot) have to be used.......almost as good... And thoughout history that is how the Babylons in their incarnations have operated......a combination of both methods when it comes to managing the herd. That is what the state is....a system of herd management. And it is always an ill managed herd.....it has to be. We as humans come in all shapes and sizes and colors and with individual preferences, tastes, desires, needs, wants, joys, dislikes, attitudes, priorities.......We don't all get by in size 8 shoes and boiled cabbage and kasha.....and repeat the individual human experience with all the facets of existence a billion times over.....and the state with its monolithic and one size fits all solutions becomes an impossible fiction. But oh the Babylonians keep trying.....they keep trying to fit humanity into that mold made for one ideal slave....and millions upon millions of people are crushed and slaughtered by the mold....but oh don't you doubt it....the Babylonians will keep on trying. And this isn't about communism or fascism or democracy......it is all variation on a theme.....a differentiation of degree rather and substance. All states kill, all states steal, all states oppress and all states lie.

YHWH intervened at babel to forestall the state and all of the miseries that it has inflicted upon humanity. Hitler and Mao and Stalin cannot triumph over a decentralized people in a decentralized land that is free of the state. History is replete with lands and peoples who have rejected the state and though the state may try to "civilize" them and though the state may occupy for a time and kill many.....the state recedes that their lives return to the family and community based structure. The communists took over the apparatus of the Tzars in Russia and the Nationialists in China (who had taken it over from the Qing dynasty) and the Bautista Regime in Cuba. The Nazis took over the apparatus of the Weimar Republic that was the vestige of the the German Empire. Look at France......one revolution after another.....Louis gets his head cut off, then Robespierre gets his head cut off.....then there is a republic for ten minutes then Napoleon takes over.....and on and on.....what is the constant? The apparatus. The state is lowhanging fruit ripe for the picking for the next crop of criminals to take ownership of. And they will take their bites. A state that assumes the hereditary right to murder and steal and write the laws that allow them to murder and steal all the more. All states are the heirs of the legacy of those that came before. A state never comes to power promising that they will stop abusing you.....the best that can be expected is that they will promise to do it less.....and sometimes they even promise to do it more.

Imagine going to your neighbor and kidnapping him and making him work on your house's addition or making him go kill your other neighbor....oh yes the state will lock up up or lop of your head for that......but the state calls it conscription. Imagine you going to your neighbors house and going up to his room and smashing his piggy bank on the floor and taking his money so you can pay for your neighbor's children (the neighbor you killed) to go to school. What would happen? It is theft......for the government it is called taxes. Imagine you klling your neighbor for whatever reason.....let's say your neighbor killed your wife......you go to his house and put dynamite in his basement.....and yup you kill him.....give him what he deserves....and in the mean time you kill his wife....kill his four kids.....kill one of the kid's friends who was visiting and a passerby that was killed by debris.....it is murder....the state calls it collateral damage. You go to your neighbor's house and and round him and his family up and denounce them for doing well . It is their fault that your are a ditch digger.....you should own their grocery store.....their success has been your loss. They make their money off of you buying their rotten food....well it is time that you got some that back. So your and your ditch digger friends take over the store and make the family dig ditches at gunpoint....it is time that they did some manual labor. You might call that black satanic envy.....the state calls it social justice, equality, egalitarianism......And the examples go on and on.....a wrong multiplied by any number does not make a right. What is wrong for an individual to do to his neighbor it is wrong for the state to do on a grand scale.

And that brings us to our second quote. The world is not the miserable hellhole it is because people say no too much and don't obey enough or participate enough. THe world is the way it is because of obedience. Nazi Germany wasn't made up of Sophie Scholls. It is not the Mao Zedongs that made the murder of nearly 80 million people possible in China.....it was hundreds of millions of people emulating the fiction of Lei Feng....the obedient good little subject.....whether because of fear or because of true belief and loyalty. And it goes on and on. The state is impossible without obedient people. What is the pilots refused to drop the atom bombs....and what if they kept on refusing.....how many crews can be put in the brig.....will the generals carry out the murderous task....would Harry Truman get on the plane and act as bombadier? What if the entire nation refused to pay taxes.....Good luck IRS. The state flourishes because people see it as necessary....and what do they think is necessary.....you resign yourself to the notion that theft and murder are necessary to whatever degree.....at that point what have you opened up yourself to? If murder is ok in this situation....maybe it is ok here. If these people deserve to be plundered....then why not these people?.....until the point where you are totally compromised and you are not merely a slave.....but a co-conspirator and part of the guilty party. And that is what we have in this country. We don't have a 2 party system....we have a Guilty Party system. To participate in the process is to participate and legimimize the theft, the murder, the idolatry and the lies....the endless lies that don't just skew truth but ignore it into oblivion......to participate in the state is to participate in a warped fever dream. The state imagines it and through their guns it becomes your reality. So why when all the evidence is clear and bare naked for those that will see would you participate in bringing that reality about....it is bad enough to suffer under it.....why invite it with open arms and sing its praises? .....every little act of particpation that we willingly do out of the belief that the state is necessary or is good corrupts us. We pay taxes because we know if we don't we will go to jail.....but we vote because we believe in the process.....and what manner or terrors and transgressions against our neighbors foreign and domestic have we wrought with this process. THe saddest fact of reality is that the compulsory state.....is in the end.....a voluntary state.

Most will be complicit in the crimes of the state because they have been convinced that the lives full of personal intimate joys that they were created for are small and meaningless....and they seek their greatness by being a small and meaningless part of something bigger.

I don't know if this is connected to any of what I have written above......but I will write it because it has been on my mind. The state thrives and survives on buzwords and catch phrases. One of the worst ones is "Freedom isn't free." What does it mean....automatically any action being undertaken by the military.....is in the service of freedom....even if the evidence points directly to the contrary. What few realize and even fewer will admit is that it is not freedom that must be maintained through all the gory sadomasichism that words like duty and sacrifice are pregnant with. It is the state. The state maintains itself on a rich and varied diet of blood and treasure. The police and military of the compulsory state are the primary agents the erosion of freedom. Barack Obama is just another Marxist professor and George Bush is just another frat boy without the apparatus.....and the apparatus......that doesn't exist without the will to obey.
YHWH's ordinances are true, and righteous altogether.

Religions and political schemes all depend upon the masses obeying. Most of the people follow blindly without questioning because they have been conditioned to trust in authority (respect the position, not the person). Most of those who do question, have been so brainwashed that they only seek the answers to confirm what they already falsely believe. They do not step back and question everything and anything to use thier reasoning to obtaain the truth.

Not too long ago I was still caught up in what I thought was the "right" thing. Voting for the lesser of the evils. I realize now that I was wrong in my actions, as all my involvement in being political just made me complicit in the whole political deception process. Yes, I voted for Bush two times and came to the realization that I am just as, if not more so, guilty of the crimes perpetrated by the Administration!! The last time I voted again, still not trusting that it really is no use as ALL of these politicians are egotistical, power seeking liars that do not give a damn about anything but themselves!!

I now, thanks to the enlightenment that Yah has provided, have walked away from politics. As far as religion, I have always questioned the ritualistic nonsense and those things that just do not make any sense.

I know that my way now is not going to go over too well with people, especially my family and friends, but I am very confident and comfortable as part of Yah's Family. I experience the friction and tension everyday, especially with my family. My wife thinks I am way out there, but I believe she is so indoctrinated and afraid to question. She is stressed out and anxiety prone as it is, and feels that she does not need to think about such things. My son's on the other hand, are asking good questions about everything, and it it is just so satisfying and comforting knowing that I am guiding them in the right direction. My dad, who is 85 now and although not religious, still performs certain Jewish rituals. As far as politics is concerned, he feels that we must do whatever it takes to get this president out of office, even if that means voting for the lesser of the evils who probably won't change things that much and only just prolonging the inevitable for this country anyway. He agrees with my rational way of thinking, but just can not step away fully. As a WWII Marine, he feels same about our present day militarism.

I will keep on doing what I must do.....

shalom 82, that reads like a poem in my opinion. I read it twice to myself, once to my wife, and 3 times to others. I think your thoughts on the matter of the, "apparatus," are spot on, and very well put into words. Thank you!
I'd enjoy it if YHWH put it on the hall wall for those that withstood Yah to His face and let them read it, before heading off to the place where they can hash out how, they missed, "The Way."

encounterHim - I agree. I reread shalom 82 and almost fell out of my chair because something really "clicked" when I read it a few times. This especially happened when I read the word "Rome" and in my head immediately jumped none other than our friend "Paul/Saul", Mr "Citizen of Rome" himself! Mr. "god put those rulers there to lead over you", Mr. "pray for those in authority over you", Mr. "you are part of a body so do your part and don't ask to be something better", Mr. "some people were born for dishonor"!
Paul was indeed the greatest citizen Rome ever produced! Almost 2,000 since he died and he still has billions of people shackled to the various apparatus' around the world. Whether it be catholics weeping at the ring of the pope or christians all over the USA chanting for "god and country".
I knew there was something significant about Paul raving about his roman citizenship - shalom 82 made it clear, clear, clear to me! Especially when he mused about Babel not being about the tower itself, but the "grand project" of it all. Wow.
shalom 82 - you really helped to fully "see" what was so abhorrent about Babylon. It's one thing to be kidnapped into the system, brought in through slavery like the children of Israel, slaves in America, slaves in the middle east, and slaves all through Europe. It's a whole different issue when you love the system, worship the system, cry when you see the flag waving and quiver as you sing "i'm proud to be an american, where at least I know I'm free" as you make music by rattling your chains.
I thought about a quote in Matthew6:24 that is attributed to Yahowsha' that reads: No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

Then I thought about it, YHWH is not our "master", He is our Father. We don't serve Him, we have a familial relationship with Him. Religion is held together by the concept that man, any man, every man - must and will have a master. THIS is why people get so freaked out about voting, they see other men, the state, the "poligious" (thanks for the world shalom 82) as a master they MUST have. Imagine going to the voting booth and thinking to yourself that you are going to try to select the least cruel master that you can.

And yes, the battle cry of "freedom isn't free" when FREE WILL is the ONE thing we have all been given without measure. For some, the exercise of free will causes their head to be removed from their body - but they still have free will none the less. It is free. Every single scheme of Babylon starts with the very premise that you will have a master - whether he be cruel or kind, merciful or merciless; we are told the only chance we have is the luck of the draw in the master that we get. Isn't the only way to walk away from Babylon to realize "you" are to have no master. The best you can do is to find YHWH and He become your Father; the worst you can do is to align with the Adversary and he become your father. Most will fall squarely in the middle - have a master of their own mind and creation and when they stand for judgement only at that point will they realize they are standing alone - there was no master after all. There was no "lord", no one forcing them to obey, no one who "created them for honor or dishonor" as the deceiver Paul told them. Nope, just you. I can only imagine the pain and anguish that will be felt by those that come to realize they were voluntary slaves of an evil system they could have walked away from all along. Will they think of their children they taught to "pledge allegiance to a flag", will they shed a tear. Will they think of Chawah and Adam and the lesson Yahowah laid out for them at the very beginning of Genesis when He plainly informed Chawah that even if you are face-to-face with the deceiver, and he uses cleaver words and musing - you will still have your future determined by what you do with your gift from Yahowah - your free will. Will they remember how Yahowah delt with Adam, when Adam went as far as to try to blame Yahowah for his failure by bemusing "it was the woman you gave me". Yahowah made it clear that while Chawah was a wonderful gift of a helpmate for Adam, she wasn't the first gift He bestowed, that first gift trumps all of the others - free will. We learn in the Revelations of Yochannon/John that those that use freewill even if they lose their head will be vindicated in the end. We are, without excuse if we stay in Babylon.

I don't know about you guys, but walking away from Babylon has been the easy part for me. Getting Babylon "out" of me - that has been a bit harder. Mr. "citizen of Rome" was good, really good. I filtered all of life through Paul. And now, I often see the pity in the eyes of my christian friends when they look at me. "poor poor dajstill, it's a shame she is going to burn in hell for all eternity and she took her husband and their children too, for shame!" Now, I am in stealth mode. I feel like Harriet Tubman on the underground railroad trying to steal folks away to freedom in the middle of the night.

Here are some cool Harriet Tubman quotes by the way! encounterHim - I thought about you for a lot of these quotes as you are always finding ways to share with folks one on one.

"I freed a thousand slaves. I could have free a thousand more if only they knew they were slaves."

"I had reasoned this out in my mind, there was one of two things I had a right to; liberty or death. If I could not have one, I would have the other."

"I grew up like a neglected weed- ignorant of liberty, having no experience of it."

"Never wound a snake; kill it."

"I had crossed the line. I was free; but there was no one to welcome me to the land of freedom. I was a stranger in a strange land." >>>> I think this one describes me best. Even though I came to know Yahowah with my family by my side - it was so much lonelier than when I was a "xthain". Following an "alter call" there is so much excitement. The band is playing, people are crying, hugging you, welcoming you. It's like you joined an exclusive club with billions of members. No so with Yahowah. I definitely liken it to more the home births of old. Once the woman gives birth - there are no parties and parades, the band doesn't play. I think about my eldest. When he was born, it was just me and my husband and the hospital staff - one doctor and two nurses. When he was delivered - no band, no high fives, just quite joy. It was private and beautiful. The first thing after he was cleaned up, within 5 minutes of his birth - I nursed him. Again no band, no parade, nothing. My husband, as his father - felt pride and commitment. He didn't say a whole lot, but he changed on the inside. He became the epitome of protector and provider. He was on that day and remains today ready to take on the world on behalf of his children. He would gladly take on a lion and a bear blind folded with both hands tied behind his back if that was needed for his children. When my children were born - we didn't say "hey look, another worker!!" That is what they think when you get "saved", its like "yay, you aren't going to hell - no go win some souls for jebus!" Nope, when the kids were born it was absolutely like life finally had meaning. I was finally a "life giver", my husband was a father, and we finally had a family. We didn't need a band, we didn't need a bunch of strangers giving us high fives, we didn't need a parade or a names on a bulletin board with a picture. In fact, we just wanted to be left alone; alone to bond as a family getting to know this new baby boy. We were dedicated to him fully. I didn't want visitors, just the quite glow of a night light while my husband sat in a rocking chair, I sat on his lap, and I held the baby. That moment was the absolute most perfect memory. When the twins was born it was different. My daughter ended up in NICU and my entire focus was simply on getting her out of there and where she belonged. She was only in there four days, but it was the longest four days of my life. When she was released - again no parade, no band, no streamers. We just wanted to be home. She needed to be with her brother with whom she had shared a womb. They used to do something funny. They would not go to sleep at night until their heads touched. No matter where they started out on my lap as I nursed them to sleep - I would always know they were sleep once their little heads rested touching. I think that is how it is when married couples come to Yahowah - you just can't rest until your spouse is with you. Some of you have a spouse in "NICU" Don't give up the fight. I went to my daughter and stood by her bed. They were not allowed to give her "formula", only my milk. In fact, the only reason she was released so quickly is because I nursed her. Formula fed babies must drink a certain amount of "formula" before they are allowed to be released. There was no such measurement for mommy fed babies. So, keep feeding your spouse good milk from our Mother. Keep them off of "formula" the fake milk of religion. I believe one day they too will be released from NICU and home with you; you both ready to touch heads and peacefully slumber drinking the nourishing and sweet milk provided by our Spiritual Mother.

If you want to give yourself a treat, look up the benefits of mother's milk, breast milk. It is the absolute perfect food for babies. It changes as the needs of the baby change. If a child gets sick, the mother's milk will produce antibodies for the child. The milk teaches the body's child how to function. For instance, formula has no cholesterol. However, breast milk does. Longitudinal test reveal that nursed babies are less likely to get heart disease because their bodies were trained in how to handle cholesterol because it was in the mother's milk. Formula fed babies don't have this training as their body is developing and then their body doesn't know what to do with cholesterol - it ends up simply clogging their arteries. Breast milk is naturally sweet. Formula manufacturers in the past tried to add sugar to formula to make it sweet, but that didn't go over too well. Women are advised not to taste formula, because if they taste it they will never fed it to their babies. Breastmilk on the other hand taste similar to melted vanilla ice cream (trust me on this one - LOL). Although it is healthy to its core, it is sweet and nourishing. In spite of what formula manufacturers tout, factory made milk it simply a poor substitute. Then I think of how Paul tried to make "milk" a bad thing, calling people "infants" if they were still on the "milk of the world" in Hebrews 5:13. Just like a deceiver, he was trying to lead people away from what they needed, calling it incomplete and scorning the relationship between Mother and child.

Well, enough ranting from me at this time!

Hey....dajstill....you were the catalyst....you are the one who got my juices flowing in the first place. But I can't take credit for "poligious" You will have to thank Yada for that gem.

You absolutely just blew up any notion that freedom isn't free. What you wrote about freewill is mindblowing. I think you took the vague notions that I am sure many people had on this forum about free will and its role in our lives....a wordless feeling...and made it crystalize in our heads with your words.....I am not trying to put lips to cheeks here.....just being honest. What you wrote about Chawwah made ME fall out of my seat....haha.

I was thinking about our own peculiar and specific institution and I was thinking about how many people are still mired in this system.
If you are a slave.....do you stay on the plantation and vote for the abolitionist slave master party time after time....or do you at some point realize.....they are slave masters......they are slave masters because the believe in the institution of slavery and are engaged in it......and their abolitionist rhetoric is empty and cynical pandering designed to ensure that they will continue being slave masters....and at that point.....do you offer them up your legitimacy....do you give them your consent......or do you run away.....even as the "abolitionists" chase you with the dogs....shackles and whips at the ready..... calling to you "come back ________, we really do want to set you free....but the timing just isn't right....give us a little more time and we'll push'er through...just one more crop!!!!"
Now I am not talking about physically running away from the United States.....most of us have no ability to do that....and where would we run to? The only think most of us can do is free our minds. A slave that realizes he is a slave is sometimes the freest person on earth. We may be prey....but we don't have to sing the praises of our devourers....and that makes all the difference in the world....and it gives us that reference point....that point where they say do or die.....and we know when to say die. The mind slave happily becomes party to the conspiracy and gives his legitimacy and enthusiasm to the causes of the wicked. The mind slave is the one who pulls the trigger and drops the bomb and rapes the enemy's women and bayonets their children....the mind slave is the one who herds the defenseless wretched meek ones into the gas chamber with a laugh...the mind slave is the one who slaughters indiscriminately from a safe distance....extinguishing lives to the sounds of cheers, jokes, war-whoops and yeehaws....the mind slave is the one who pours tear gas into a enclosed room full of women and children with the belief that they are doing it for the children....the mind slave is the one who jokes...what does Waco stand for? Wow A Cook Out!!!!!!HAHAHAHA....the mind slave is the one who cries in exultation and ecstacy when they see their slave master messiah on the stage. A mind slave is the one who believes that a single ambitious and thoroughly flawed individual can bring about a painless easy collective salvation. A mind slave embraces the meaningless and crooked jingoism of the state and of the statists. "God bless America!" (notice how anyone who makes a habit of proclaiming that says it....with a vapid prideful confidence....like a demand of due and proper rather than a humble ashamedly undeserved request....I have seen 13 year olds ask for 5 dollars with more gravity) The mind slave worships words without even understanding them...."DEMOCRACY!!!!!" The mind slave is the one who believes the lies of the slavemasters and their mouthpieces by first lying to themselves, the mind slave lives for false choices and the illusion of choice. A mind slave hates what he loves....and loves what he hates....all because he has been told to do so. We may be slaves but we know enough to know we are slaves. No slave master with the promise of abolition can deceive us.

BTW those were some great H.T. quotes....especially the first one.
YHWH's ordinances are true, and righteous altogether.

It's amazing how my perspective has changed. It feels like scales were removed from my eyes and now I can see so much better! I love the posts here - so astute! I hope one day to be so reasonably intelligent in my thinking. Dajstill, your posts are so encouraging to me. My children are grown and I wished I knew when they were little. Your children are sooooooo lucky and blessed to have a momma like you!!

I was visiting with my father (who is a devout xtian) and all of "the lord" stuff and the pauline doctrine coming out of his mouth were making my skin crawl. It's such a nastily pervasive concept. It never bothered me quite the same way before. He's always talking about people that "call themselves xtians" but are just sliding thru on religiousity. I know he doesn't realize how hypocritical it sounds. Eventually I hope to lovingly hold a mirror up to him, but I want to be more solid in my understanding. I don't know if he'll get it... I hope he does, I love him so much! He sings the praises of logic, reason and scripture study, but I knew something was off. Now I know. Well, I'm getting to know... getting to understand :-) Trying to get the nasty babylon ick out of my thought processes. It's kind of hard to vocalize it all when you mostly think in pictures, but it's getting easier.

There is such freedom in Yah! I'm just so tickled ~happygigglewiggledance!~
please be patient with me while I try to figure this out....

Thanks, you guys! I really appreciate all the time and effort it takes for each of you to put your thoughts into words and then allow us to read them and share. It's amazing that all of us sound the same once the veil has lifted. It's almost like we get a breath of fresh air after we recognize the deception, and how, (s82) brought forth in such a wonderful way, and exposed the, "apparatus."
There are times babylon will try and drag a person back into her fold, by making you here their cries for justice and their servitude. Today will be one of those days, 9/11. I heard it yesterday from some. "That poor lady, and the valiant firefighter that stayed by here side and died along with her." That will be much of what will be heading your news, local and national. And if you're like me, you wished none of it upon one person, you couldn't. But today you too will witness a fervor for prayers for the families, devout gatherings, and reconciling btw religions. It's how they get you. Instead of recognizing we have denied His Covenant and allowed a new to replace it, we will just continue this downward slide into rejecting Gods only plan for us. I wish I had a way of better communicating how far we have let ourselves be lead astray. If I can, I will remind people today, it was us that gave our will to our leaders to support a gov't that has been marching around this globe spreading it's form of democracy. We conquered Russia (we thought) in the Cold War, and they have democracy. We conquered Irag (we thought) and they have democracy. Same with many places, and as this world continues this spiral out of control, we will witness just what democracy actually supports, mob rule. And as the financial system, as hard as they try keep it from collapsing, ppl will in their collectives, will always support the apparatus. We will be marching towards an all out war, even if you can't see it yet. The dominoes are just getting put into place to where when the time is right, the effect will come into play and the real horror man can bring will again show itself and of course each individual country will spur on patriotic reasoning and why it's amust to be involved in it. Nothing I can do but expose what I know. And here's where I'd like to say to, Smoda, about your loved ones that are still a part od babylon.
Smoda, when you have the strength to face you dad with what you know, ask you dad, "what was the purpose of the, "Son?" He will no doubt say its' to oliviate our sins before God. This is what 90% of the ppl I come across say to me. "Jebus, he died for me and you." Stuff like that. Well, here's how I cross that bridge. I usually ask 'em,
"can I suggest to you the real reason the Son was sent?" and usually most will say sure, b/c most are interested, until you expose their religion. So if I might hint to all out there, leave their religion out of it. I'm finding that speaking of how YHWH laid out patterns and parallels for all to recognize, and how the prophetic doings of the Israelites were all just so we can understand Yah exist and what His plan is. Start by showing them that, "wide is that gate." Then ask them what they know of Abraham, and what God's real plan was by using him, and how we all benefit from recognizing his doing what God ask, "Come out of Urr/her."
Once this man did it, he knew this is Gods plan, seperate yourself to understand His plan. He showed us all the door, that narrow one that few will enter just b/c most will not, "have the eyes to see it, or the ears to hear it." So those that do, usually will also choose to observe His Word even more, and in it you wil start a love affair that benefits both man, and Yah.
Smoda, lay out His plan and pattern. Rehearse it, if you must, but I can tell you, your real, "Mom," the enlightened spirit of Yah will assist you with your endeavors. Gods plan is to expand His family. Religions will not do this. They will help Gods adversary, b/c even if that person doesnt' lead away by giving his 2 cents worth, he will still present himself on the day of the lord, to his alter on the venerable day that is contrary to YHWHs instructions.
Show them how God through Mosheh was speaking to us, today. Thee ppl (hebrews) had no clue as to why they were bringing a male (unblemished) lamb into thier homes, as if such a lamb exist, except for the Son. They were just doing what God asked of them. Never knowing it was for us, the future. And how that lambs bllod spread on their homes door, was to show us there's a reason He's pointing to the door. Knock on Gods door. Enter and step over His threshold into matzah and become one of His 1st fruits.
Think about paralambano. Anyone that has ever had a garden knows that when the time is ripe, the fruit plucks off into your hand without effort even. Just a touch at times and the fruit removes itself. These are those that have filled themselves with Gods Word and not taken in the poison of man. I truly struggle at times fighting off mans poison. He has the, "apparatus" at his disposal. But the stronger you get in trusting His Word, the easier it gets.
Thanks again, and really, my hopes are for all the menbers here to start showing yourselves. Lets' reason! You don't have to, b/c you have seen Gods plan and show yourself in it, but by coming forward and talking, you do grow faster, almost like you have been given fertilizer. Start looking forward to every day, and how you can assist Him in helping His family grow. Be kind, be very thankful, and mostly, to me at least, show others that are lost, there's a path and that path is well lit.
I'm still thinking on things that JamesH has aked on another thread about the earthen alter. I think I know why it is the way God showed us, but I'm still busy searching for that answer, and knowing, God will show me, or another, what His answer is. And thanks to yada also. He's been the catalyst for us at least. Well, time to go to work..))

This is one of the most profound discussions I have ever had the privilege to read. Shalom82, Dajstill, encounterHim - good stuff, great advice, penetrating insights. Truly my Father is good and kind, for He has allowed me to be part of His Family and to have the likes of you folks for siblings! You have all put into words what had heretofore been unrefined, vague notions in my own mind.

Thank you!

When reading this I was reminded of the stark difference between the wolf in sheeps clothing (Sha'ul/Paul) and Simon Kephesh (Peter) who Paul detested:
(ISR1998)
1Pe 2:1 Having put aside, then, all evil, and all deceit, and hypocrisies, and envyings, and all evil words,
1Pe 2:2 as newborn babes, desire the unadulterated milk of the Word, in order that you grow by it,
1Pe 2:3 if indeed you have tasted that the Master is good.

Great catch! I didn't even notice that one before!!!! Okay, I looked at Hebrews again. Is not Hebrews 5: 13 - 14 EXACTLY what satan said to Chawah!!!

"13 for everyone who lives on milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, since he is a child. 14 But solid food is for the mature, for those who have their powers of discernment trained by constant practice to distinguish good from evil."

Basically trying to say, you don't need Yahowah, you can know "good and evil" for YOURSELF, don't be a "baby" or a "child" of Yahowha. Be an adult, be your own person, be LIKE HIM. Just wow, wow, wow!

Psalm
120:1 In my distress I cried unto YHWH, and he heard me.
120:2 Deliver my soul, O YHWH, from lying lips, and from a deceitful tongue.
120:3 What shall be given unto thee? or what shall be done unto thee, thou false tongue?
120:4 Sharp arrows of the mighty, with coals of juniper.
120:5 Woe is me, that I sojourn in Mesech, that I dwell in the tents of Kedar!
120:6 My soul hath long dwelt with him that hateth peace.
120:7 I am for peace: but when I speak, they are for war.

Psalm
121:1 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
121:2 My help cometh from YHWH, which made heaven and earth.
121:3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.
121:4 Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
121:5 YHWH is thy keeper: YHWH is thy shade upon thy right hand.
121:6 The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.
121:7 YHWH shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.
121:8 YHWH shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

Psalm
122:1 I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of YHWH.
122:2 Our feet shall stand within thy gates, O Jerusalem.
122:3 Jerusalem is builded as a city that is compact together:
122:4 Whither the tribes go up, the tribes of YAH, unto the testimony of Israel, to give thanks unto the name of YHWH.
122:5 For there are set thrones of judgment, the thrones of the house of David.
122:6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.
122:7 Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces.
122:8 For my brethren and companions' sakes, I will now say, Peace be within thee.
122:9 Because of the house of YHWH our Elohim I will seek thy good.

Psalm
123:1 Unto thee lift I up mine eyes, O thou that dwellest in the heavens.
123:2 Behold, as the eyes of servants look unto the hand of their masters, and as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress; so our eyes wait upon YHWH our Elohim, until that he have mercy upon us.
123:3 Have mercy upon us, O YHWH, have mercy upon us: for we are exceedingly filled with contempt.
123:4 Our soul is exceedingly filled with the scorning of those that are at ease, and with the contempt of the proud.

Psalm
124:1 If it had not been YHWH who was on our side, now may Israel say;
124:2 If it had not been YHWH who was on our side, when men rose up against us:
124:3 Then they had swallowed us up quick, when their wrath was kindled against us:
124:4 Then the waters had overwhelmed us, the stream had gone over our soul:
124:5 Then the proud waters had gone over our soul.
124:6 Blessed be YHWH, who hath not given us as a prey to their teeth.
124:7 Our soul is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers: the snare is broken, and we are escaped.
124:8 Our help is in the name of YHWH, who made heaven and earth.

I have a social networking "friend" that is coming into the knowledge of the truth of Yahowah. He was a little distressed last night about the results. I tried to help him understand that it is all Babylon and one must walk away because there is no "winner", just two sides of the same coin of the wrong side of future history.

I then got miffed at all the people posting "scripture" for their political posturing (like our "king" is like David, he took on Goliath and won). To deal with those that were trying to badger people that didn't vote for a "king" rather old or new, I went back to Chawah in the enclosed place and the "tree". Someone tried to indicate there was nothing "morally" wrong with voting, since people also make decisions for things like their car insurance and job. It was a stupid comparison, but I addressed it anyway. Yahowah said every other tree we could eat from. Any other knowledge we could freely gain. The only thing we were not to partake of is the "knowledge of good and evil". When I examined that scripture it jumped out to me, knowledge of "good and evil" is man deciding for himself what is morally right or wrong, basically moral relativism. If it "taste" good to you it is good, if it "taste" bad to you it is bad. That is a fine way to live outside of the garden, but it just won't do inside the protective tent of Yahowah, as a part of His family. The fact that most people willingly voted for the one whom in their mind was "the lesser of two evils" shows their eating of moral relativism. I refuse to eat from that tree, and the nahash nor those working on his behalf will get me to do it. Screw them; I will spend my time working on cold fusion or cooking the perfect quiche or any other tree of knowledge out there waiting for me to devour it with the absolute "go ahead" from my Father. Picking the "lesser of two evils" and trying to persuade their friends and family to do the same is man simple continuing to follow in the footsteps of Chawah - first eat, then see if you can get someone else to eat it as well. The absolute only way to participate in Babylon is by eating of the tree of da'at towb 'ra - knowledge of good and evil. You must leave Torah and decide for yourself, based on your own rules, what is right and wrong. You must walk a path 100% outside of the protection of the Family of Yahowah, thus making every choice the wrong choice. They "think" they are choosing when they are not. Just like the tree only looked appealing to Chawah "after" the nahash spoke to her those people went smiling to the voting booths and posted their "I voted" pictures after they were beguiled into thinking it was a "moral" duty and obligation. Chawah did get beguiled, just like all of my friends and family got beguiled into thinking they had some moral obligation to "exercise their right to vote" for their "leader". Doesn't matter, end result is still the same. Two to five choices were on every ballot for "leader", and all of them were wrong; to choose one was to taste again from the da'at towb 'ra determine for themselves what was "good" and what was "evil". Whether they got beguiled or not, they purchased a fast track ticket out the gan once again.

The pull of Bablyon is strong, but once they know you have left - they despise and ridicule you, but they do realize you aren't coming back. One can only wonder what would have happened if Adam had guts. Oh well, I enjoyed exercising my right to free will yesterday and staying tucked neatly inside the protection of the family of Yahowah and watching the circus of Babylon unfold before me. Won't be long now before Dad comes to keep me out the destruction, because humanity sure is stupid!

Tell me daj, are any of us completely removed from Babylon? I think the insurance comparison is a valid one because it is gov't imposed so thus you are required. And when the health care fines start getting imposed on individuals that were never insured, then we are again getting dragged back into Babylon are we not? My wife and I have been working feverishly to completely pay off her medical bills, and were quite willing to do so just because we never have had the use for required insurances from a company that sets its bottom line to how a market reacts. So as of today I will begin to remove myself from bed at 4:30am to got to work so I can pay these new penalties that are coming after me, and those I employ. When the gov't is through with me it will mean now that I will have to come up with an additional $6,000/per yr for myself and my family to keep gov't out of my home and business. When one leader is imposing more gov't on individuals further removing that person freedoms, then that is the greater of the evils in my opinion. Less gov't, less evil.

Walking away from Babylon is the thing. Now, we aren't completely out, but the ways in which we can be untangled from the system we should. Let's look at the Children of Israel that were in Egypt at the time of their slavery. Were they baking bricks for Pharaoh? Yes. That doesn't mean they were bowing down and worshiping Pharaoh as their god. There are some thing in which you have "little strength" or almost no free will besides being beheaded; that is different than being a happy and willing participant in Babylon.

If you were a non-Jewish German, in Germany, during the time of Hitler - some choice was taken away from you. That doesn't mean you had to be a participant in rounding up the Jews. You get untangled from Bablyon in any and every way that you can, but Yahowah understands "little strength". Every choice that I can make that gets me away from Babylon, I take. I can choose to not turn my children over to the government for "education", so I home school. I can exercise my right to not vote in the 3 ring circus, so I don't. There is a different between Pharaoh "forcing" you to bake bricks and you willingly, happily marching along to build a sphinx to your "god".

Yes, smaller government is key; smaller government is what the answer. The time for "smaller government" is over - it isn't going to happen. The spiral started before probably both of us was born. You were born into Babylon and the most you can do with your "little strength" is to remember and keep His Word and not deny His name (Rev. 3:8). Keep Babylon as far outside of "you" as possible. Don't give in to the system and never call evil good or call good evil. See bigger and bigger government for what it is, the growing of the beast. Know that it is readying itself for war with Yahowah and make sure you don't volunteer for it's army. Use what little strength you have to endure. Rev. 3:11 tells us to HOLD ON to what we have, so that we don't lose our crown. Fight with everything you have to stay as far outside of Babylon as you can. We can't get completely out if it, Yahowsha' acknowledged that by stating we only had a "little strength"; you and I won't be judged for what we couldn't do, we will be looked upon for doing what we could with the little strength that we had. At least that is how I look at it.

I think about Yonah going to Ninevah...a prophet of YHWH...directly ordered to go to Ninevah and proclaim their guilt and coming destruction and to call for their repentance....and he was sore afraid...couldn't make himself do it...got a oneway ticket to Tarshish....and YHWH gives him some....encouragement....and he goes.....and what does this bloodthirsty nation or murderers and plunderers do?.....fall on their faces and wear sackcloth and ashes......

And I think about our "warvangelical party" on the right and Hussein's Hypocrites on the left and what would they do if the fish came down the potomac and hocked Yonah out on the steps of the capital with the same proclamation from YHWH......what would happen.

If you had any doubt that christianity is a babayonian abomination......

The strength of the State we'll lavish on more, than making of wealth and making of war; We are learning at last, though the lesson comes late, That the making of man is the task of the State.

William P. Merrill
Christian Century

How many warvangelicals send their children off to become institutional killers that shun productivity...to learn discipline...responsibility....respect...to learn what it means to be an American....giving that tragic life decision plaudits....considering a folded flag more precious than a living child.....to them is the state godly or is it god.....in the end does it really matter?
YHWH's ordinances are true, and righteous altogether.

Definitely true shalom82,

My heart breaks when I see that more soldiers are committing suicide than "dying in the battlefield". In 2012, suicides outpaced combat deaths - what does that tell you? In yet, people keep suiting their kids up, encouraging them to "serve their country" and "get the enemy", only to have their broken boys and girls come home only to see the enemy within themselves. I still don't understand how righties (of which I was one) constantly complain about "the government" only to beam with pride when their children "serve" that same government.

Neat article. I read some writings by the conservative columnist (and African American) Walter Williams on Lincoln - totally changed my thinking! As I looked things up for myself and confirmed them I was like "wow". Everything, all of it - all lies. I have found there is so little truth to what has been taught about "American history" that if you simply think the opposite of what you were taught you will likely be close to the truth.

That's an understatement. Here's a video about our modern form of slavery in servitude to the apparatus, skimming the wealth of nations via false obligations. History looks so different when you follow the (false) money trail.

I was reading an article about the "dark ages" (aka middle ages), and reminded me of this thread. Seems defined "dark" to those who hold and worship maximum centralized power. Era of decentralization in europe and was better for freedom, equality of women, and anti-slavery. Even the serfs had quite a lot of rights, even passing inheritance. Interesting:

All excellent! I remember the "Man Show" where they went around to women asking them to sign a petition to ban women's suffrage. This isn't the same one, but pretty much the same results: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-uPcthZL2RE

The "dihydrogen monoxide" one is pretty scary. Another reason why I started my kids on hard science at 4 years old - home schooling is a wonderful thing!
