Lesson 15 Correspondence Course, Who is Babylon?
Except for Jerusalem, end time Babylon is mentioned in scripture more than any other place in the
entire Bible. Because of the extreme importance of Yahweh’s end time remnant, recognizing who this
end time Babylon actually is, our Heavenly Father has put more than 100 identifying marks about
Babylon in Scripture so that there could be no mistaking who she is.
Some, through the teaching of false religion, want to simply think that Babylon is some church, or
only a system of greed. However, how does scripture plainly characterize what end time Babylon
actually is?
Jer 50:1 The Word that Yahweh spoke against Babylon, against the land of the Chaldeans by
Jeremiah the prophet:
Jer 50:3 For a nation comes up against her from the north, which shall make her land a desert.
Yea, no one shall dwell in it. They shall flee, they shall go, both man and animal.
Jer 50:28 The voice of those who flee and escape out of the land of Babylon to declare in Zion the
vengeance of Yahweh our Elohim, the vengeance of His sanctuary.
Jer 51:2 And I will send foreigners to Babylon who will sift her and shall empty her land. For in
the day of evil they shall be against her all around.
Jer 51:3 Do not let the one treading fully tread his bow, nor go up in his armor. And do not spare her
young men; utterly destroy all her army.
Jer 51:4 So the slain shall fall in the land of the Chaldeans, yea, pierced through in her streets.
Rev 18: 2 And he cried in a strong, great voice, saying, Babylon the great has fallen! It has fallen, and
it has become a dwelling-place of those possessed by demons, and a home of every foul spirit,
and a home of every unclean bird, even the home of every unclean and hateful beast,
Comment: Clearly, from scripture we see that Babylon is a land and not simply just a church or a
system. It has a leader and also an army, and as we shall see it has an economic trading system that is
the engine of the world economy in the end time.
In addition and of most importance it must be strongly understood that Jeremiah 50 and 51 never have
happened in the history of humanity. Both of these chapters are end time prophecies.
When Cyrus the Meade overtook Babylon in 539 B.C., he diverted the water system away from the
city and then entered under the wall where the water fed into it. He then opened up the two gigantic
leaved gates and over took all of Babylon almost overnight, without any bloodshed or mass murdering.
There was no total destruction that we see prophesied about end time Babylon in Jeremiah chapters 50
and 51.
Is there any other proof to show that Jeremiah 50 and 51 are end time chapters about Babylon and not
about ancient Babylon?
Jer 50:4 In those days, and at that time, the sons of Israel shall come, declares Yahweh, they
and the sons of Judah together, going and weeping; they shall go and seek Yahweh their Elohim.
Jer 50:5 They shall ask the way to Zion with their faces pointing there, saying, Come and let us
join ourselves to Yahweh in an everlasting covenant never to be forgotten.
Jer 50:19 And I will again bring Israel to his home, and he shall feed on Carmel and Bashan,
and his soul shall be satisfied on Mount Ephraim and Gilead.

Jer 50:20 In those days, and at that time, states Yahweh, the iniquity of Israel shall be
sought for, and it is not; and the sins of Judah, and they will not be found; for I will
pardon those whom I leave as a remnant.
Comment: The phrase “in those days and at that time” is a Jewish idiom that can only refer to the end
times or latter days in Scripture. Also, and of most importance, this scripture is speaking about the
restoring of both Israel and Judah back into sovereignty in their homeland, Israel. This never happened
under the invasion of Cyrus in 539 B.C. Judah was not restored sovereignty until 1948 and the
northern tribes of Israel are still in Diaspora until today.
In addition, the northern tribes of Israel went into captivity to Assyria and other places in 721-718
B.C., and were not even present during King Cyrus’s invasion of Babylon, so Jeremiah 50 and 51
could not be speaking about ancient Babylon, but only end time Babylon as mentioned.
So another very clear identifying marker to who end time Babylon is, is the fact that both the majority
of Judah and Israel are living in end time Babylon and return to Israel from her.
Does Jeremiah 50 and 51 speak about an invasion of Babylon that brings total destruction and
annihilation?
Jer 50:13 Because of the wrath of Yahweh, it shall not be inhabited, but all of it shall be a
waste. Everyone who goes by Babylon shall be amazed and hiss at all her plagues.
Jer 50:26 Come against her from the end, open her granaries, pile her up as heaps and utterly
destroy her. Do not let a remnant be left.
Jer 51:58 So says Yahweh of Hosts, The broad walls of Babylon shall be utterly laid bare,
and her high gates shall be burned with fire. And the peoples shall labor as for vanity, and
the peoples as for fire; and they shall be weary.
Jer 51:6 Flee from the midst of Babylon; yea, each man deliver his soul. Do not be silenced
in her iniquity. For it is the time of the vengeance of Yahweh. He will give her a just recompense.
He will repay her.
Jer 51:43 Her cities have become a ruin, a dry land and a wilderness, a land in which no
man dwells, nor does any son of man pass by it.
Jer 51:62 then you shall say, O Yahweh, You have spoken against this place to cut it off so that
none shall remain in it, from man to animal, but it shall be a ruin forever.
Comment: Clearly, the destruction that is spoken about in Jeremiah 50 and 51 is a total devastation.
It also clearly states that no one will ever live in this end time Babylon after the destruction mentioned
in Jeremiah 50 and 51.
In addition as stated when Cyrus the Mede invaded Babylon in 539 B.C. he did it with much ease.
There was no mass murders, no fleeing of Jews, and no total annihilation as mentioned in Jeremiah
chapters 50 and 51. In fact, there were more Jews living in ancient Babylon in the days of Yahshua in
the 1st century than even in Israel. Clearly, Jeremiah chapter 50 and chapter 51 are a future prophecy
and were not historical to the invasion of King Cyrus.
It is also important to mention that when this end time Babylon is destroyed it will never be rebuilt
again, but in modern times Saddam Hussein, in the 1980’s, did rebuilt ancient Babylon in Iraq, clearly,
disqualifying ancient Iraq as the place of end time Babylon. Also, if some will believe that these
prophesies are speaking about end time Babylon being in modern day Iraq, this would be impossible.
End time Babylon will be completely destroyed, with no one living in her forever but modern Iraq will
actually be part of the promised land during the Millennial reign of Messiah as outlined in Genesis
15:18 and other scriptures.

Therefore, we actually have the whole chapters of Jeremiah 50 and 51 as well as Revelation chapters
17 and 18 that are completely centered on end time Babylon, as well as other scriptures.
What are some of the predominant characteristics of end time Babylon?
Rev 17: 5 And on her forehead was a name having been written: Mystery, Babylon the Great, the
Mother of the Harlots and of the Abominations of the Earth.
Comment: First, we see from the above scripture that Babylon is called “Mystery” Babylon. This is a
connotation, showing that Babylon cannot merely be ancient Iraq, as where would the mystery be?
There is more to end time Babylon that has to be revealed through her characteristics. In addition, she
is called Babylon “The Great”. The word is “Megala”, meaning “Superpower”. Therefore, we clearly
see that end time Babylon must be the world’s superpower and not just any nation.
What are some of the other predominant characteristics of end time Babylon?
Hab 1:6 For, behold, I raise up the Chaldeans, the bitter and impetuous nation which is going into
the broad spaces of the land, to possess dwellings not his own.
Hab 1:7 He is terrible and fearful; his judgment and his glory goes forth from himself.
Hab 1:8 His horses also are swifter than leopards and are fiercer than the evening
wolves. And their horsemen spread themselves; yea, their horsemen come from afar; they shall
fly as the eagle hurrying to eat.
Hab 1:9 All of him shall come for violence; the gathering of their faces is forward; and they gather
captives like the sand.
Hab 1:10 And he shall scoff against the kings, and officials shall be a scorn to him. He shall scorn
every fortress, and he shall heap up dirt and capture it.
Hab 1:11 Then he sweeps on like a wind; and he passes on and is guilty, crediting this power of his to
his god.
Comment: The first thing we see here about end time Babylon is how they become a great nation. In
verse six it explains that they go into the broad places of the land possessing dwellings not their own.
This is exactly how America became a nation by going across the United States and taking the land
away from the American Indians.
Then it goes on to tell us what a mighty fighting machine end time Babylon actually is. There horses
(machinery) are swifter (better) and fiercer than all opponents. They shall also fly as the eagle,
showing their powerful air force might. They shall capture opponents as sand. This is exactly what
happened when America overtook Iraq and Saddam Hussein in the Gulf War. You could see the
captives in the dessert by the thousands putting down their weapons and like sand on the seashore
being taken away by end time Babylon, the United States of America.
Then, Babylon scoffs at Kings (leaders) and officials (world leaders) shall be a scorn to Babylon.
Which other country in the world today, except for America does whatever it deems right militarily?
What country scoffs at the United Nations and shows its power to any detractor that would dare try to
stand up to it?
There have been other dictator type leaders such as Saddam Hussein, who tried to talk a big talk but in
the end, only America, Babylon has had the military might in these last days to perform the military
prowess that only end time Babylon could perform.
Let’s look at some other characteristics of end time Babylon.

Rev 17: 1 And one of the seven cherubs having the seven bowls came and spoke with me, saying to
me, Come, I will show you the judgment of the great harlot sitting on the many waters,
Rev 17: 15 And he says to me, The waters which you saw, where the harlot sits, are peoples
and crowds and nations and tongues.
Jer 50:37 A sword is on his horses and his chariots, and to all the mixed people in her midst.
And they shall become as women. A sword is to her treasuries, and they shall be robbed.
Comment: We see in both Jeremiah and Revelation that Babylon is a great melting pot and many
different races of people dwell in her land. There is no greater melting pot in the history of the world
then The United States of America. When Saddam Hussein was digging up ancient Babylon back in
the 1980’s, they found very old cuneiform writings from ancient Babylon.
These writings are very interesting because before they thought that Istar, the false goddess of
Babylon, was simply a temple prostitute. However, these writings showed, that she was actually called
the mother of immigrants. She also had a seven spiked crown and either a golden cup or torch in her
hand. In her other hand, she held the law of Hammurabi. This is a striking resemblance to the Statue of
Liberty in the New York Harbor today, the largest idol in the world. Interesting enough, the Statue of
Liberty was named after the Roman goddess Libertas, who is named after the Greek goddess Diana,
who is in reality the Babylonian goddess Istar. The waters also represent actual fresh water seaports
that Babylon exhibits, something that is abundant in the United States but absent in ancient Babylon in
Iraq.
Another characteristic about who is end time Babylon, is the fact that end time Babylon will be the
world policeman.
Jer 50:23 How the hammer (superpower) of all the earth is cut off and broken! How Babylon
has become a ruin among the nations!
Comment: This phrase in the original Hebrew is actually a Hebrew idiom that literally means world
policeman; the concept of the hammer of the earth being one who pounds and pounds his opponents.
If one is honest with themselves, there is no other modern superpower that has used their military and
economic power to pound and pound their opponents. Whether it is forced monetary sanctions at the
United Nations, or literal military invasion as we have seen in Kosovo, Bosnia, Iraq, Afghanistan
Grenada, Sudan, Libya, etc. America has pounded all nations that opposed them in modern times.
It is also prophesied that end time Babylon would not be a dictatorship but would be a democracy
where leaders from all nations in the world would meet together in end time Babylon to discuss world
problems.
Isa 47:13a You are exhausted by the multitude of your counsels,
Jer 51:44 And I will punish Bel in Babylon, and I will bring forth out of his mouth that which he has
swallowed up. And the nations shall not flow together any more to him; yea, the wall of
Babylon shall fall.
Rev 17:18-18 And the woman whom you saw is the great city, having dominion over the kings of the
earth.
Comment: Only in New York City in the United States is the United Nations, where all nations
assemble together in Babylon to try to solve the world’s problems. When Babylon is destroyed, they
will have to meet in another location. Revelation 17:9 speaks of Babylon sitting on seven mountains.
In scripture, mountains indicate large landmasses and this scripture is showing that Babylon controls
all seven landmasses, which we call continents. Some have erroneously used this scripture to mean
Rome, since Rome sits on seven hills.

However, hill is a different word in both Hebrew and Greek than mountain, and clearly, the definition
is of mountains not hills.
It also prophesied that end time Babylon will even have a space program.
Jer 51:9b For her judgment reaches to the heavens and is lifted up to the skies.
Jer 51:53 Though Babylon should ascend up to the heavens, and though she should fortify her
strong height, plunderers shall come from Me to her, states Yahweh.
Comment: the Hebrew word for “lift up” in the above verse is actually “Nasa” the very name of the
American space program.
Does end time Babylon deceive the people through prescription medicine and drugs?
Rev 18:23b For your merchants were the great ones of the earth, for by your sorceries
(pharmacia) all the nations were deceived.
Comment: The people in the end time would be deceived by Babylon’s sorceries. This word in the
original is “pharmakia”, where we get our modern word for pharmacy. The modern medical field
today is not committed to actually curing people by dealing with the cause of the sickness, but rather
treating people by dealing with the effect of the sickness.
How many Americans are on several pills a day for the rest of their lives treating ailments but never
curing them? Gigantic drug companies such as Merck, Johnson and Johnson, Pfizer has millions upon
millions of people on daily drugs for everything, from cholesterol to heart conditions to diabetes etc.
Even millions of children are put on antidepressant drugs such as Ritalin and Paxcil.
Our heavenly Father has given humanity the leaves of the trees and plants for every kind of herbal
formula for healing every disease (Rev 22:2), but Babylon has deceived the people through
Pharmaceutical medicines that Scripture relates to as sorcery. The major health problem in the United
States today is caused by an unhealthy diet, due to people living on fast foods and sugar, which
destroys the immune system.
Here is another interesting characteristic and result about end time Babylon relating to the deception
that has been placed on the people for getting them addicted to drugs and fast food and white sugar
and white flour products.
Jer 50:11 Because you rejoice, because you exult, O destroyers of My inheritance, because you are
fat like the heifer in grass, and neigh like strong ones,
Comment: Obesity in the United States has become a real problem over the last decade. Even small
children today are extremely overweight. America has the best doctors and medical facilities in the
world and the most overweight and unhealthy society in the world. Super sizing at fast food
restaurants and all you can eat buffets have become the culture of modern America/Babylon. Statistics
show that the average person drinks enough soda daily that accounts to 82 teaspoons of sugar. Sugar is
also very addictive and only one element difference from cocaine. That is actually, where the name
Coke A Cola came from, due to the small amount of cocaine substance in the drink.
There is one characteristic though, about end time Babylon that actually encompasses everything else
about her. End time Babylon is the core of the engine of the end-time world economy. She has set up
through her democratic trading status a world trading system like none other that the world has ever
known. She has also made all the other world leaders and merchants rich through the mighty economic
machine that she instituted all throughout the world.

Rev 18: 3 because of the wine of the anger of her fornication which all the nations have drunk, even
the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her; and the merchants of the earth
became rich from the power of her trade.
Rev 18: 9 And the kings of the earth will weep for her, and will wail over her, those having fornicated
and having luxuriated with her, when they see the smoke of her burning;
Rev 18: 10 standing from afar because of the fear of her torment, saying, Woe! Woe to the great city,
Babylon, the strong city! For in one hour your judgment came.
Rev 18: 11 And the merchants of the earth weep and mourn over her, because no one
buys their merchandise any more,
Rev 18: 12 Never again will there be (trading) merchandise of gold, and silver, and of
precious stone, and of pearls, and of fine linen, and of purple, and of silk, and of
scarlet, and all aromatic wood, and every ivory vessel, and every vessel of very
precious wood, and of bronze, and of iron, and of marble,
Rev 18: 13 and cinnamon, and perfumes, and ointment, and frankincense, and wine,
and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots,
and of bodies and souls of men.
Rev 18: 14 And the ripe fruits that your soul lusted after have went away from you, and
all things delicious and splendid have perished from you; and you shall obtain them
no more at all.
Rev 18: 15 The merchants of these things, the ones being enriched from her, will stand
from afar because of the fear of her torment, weeping and mourning;
Rev 18: 16 and saying, Woe! Woe to the great city having been clothed in linen and purple and
scarlet, and having been gilded with gold and precious stone, and pearls!
Rev 18: 17 For in one hour such great wealth was desolated. And every ship-pilot and all
company on the ships, and sailors, and as many as work the sea, stood from afar,
Rev 18: 18 and cried out, seeing the smoke of her burning, saying, What other is like the great city?
Rev 18: 19 And they threw dust on their heads, and cried out, weeping and mourning, saying, Woe!
Woe to the great city, by which all those having ships in the sea were rich, from her
costliness, because in one hour she was ruined.
Comment: These scriptures more than any other clearly define who only end time Babylon could be.
It actually names 25 specific things that Babylon trades more than any other nation. Only in the United
States does it have a commodity exchange that you can trade all 25 items listed.
In addition, without a shadow of the doubt, it is the country of the United States of America and the
American people who import all the worlds’ goods, who the merchants of the earth would “wail and
cry” if they did not exist any longer. If one is honest with themselves, there is no other nation on earth
who imports and consumes the goods of all other nations as the United State does. China is growing
on the world export market but they are sellers not consumers and buyers like the Americans are.
Clearly, there is only one nation on earth today who fits the above scripture and it is the United States
of America. Up until 1981, there were only a handful of stock market exchanges worldwide, but now
almost every country on earth has adopted the trading system of America/Babylon to incorporate into
their own.
Also, look at verse 14, where it states that “the ripe fruits that your soul lusted after have gone away
from you and all delicious and splendid things have perished from you”. In most places in the world,
you do not eat your favorite fruits and food all year long, but you simply eat them when they are in
season from your local outdoor market.
Only in the United States do people get food transported from other places year round, so that they
can eat their delicacies whenever they desire.

Besides being the world’s biggest consumer of goods and the very engine of the world economy, end
time Babylon is also world renowned for their luxurious lifestyles and their pleasure seeking attitudes.
Pride and pleasure seeking is a key component to identifying who end time Babylon is.
Isa 47:6 I was angry with My people; I defiled My inheritance and gave them into your hand. You
gave them no mercy; you made your yoke on the aged very heavy.
Isa 47:7 And you said, I shall be a mistress forever, until you did not set these things on your
heart, and did not remember its end.
Isa 47:8 Now, then, hear this, O pleasure seeker, who lives carelessly; who says in her
heart, I am, and none else is; I shall not sit as a widow, nor shall I know the loss of
children.
Isa 47:9 But these two things shall suddenly come to you, in one day: loss of children, and
widowhood; according to completeness they come on you, for your many sorceries, for the power
of your great spells.
Isa 47:10 For you trusted in your evil; you said, No one sees me. Your wisdom and your
knowledge; it is turning you back, and you said in your heart, I am and none else is.
Rev 18: 6 Give back to her as also she gave back to you, and double to her double, according to her
works. In the cup which she mixed, mix to her double.
Rev 18: 7 By what things she glorified herself, and luxuriated, by so much give back to
her torment and mourning. Because she says in her heart, I sit as a queen, and I am
not a widow; and I shall not see sorrow.
Rev 18: 8 Because of this, in one day her plagues shall come: death, and mourning, and famine; and
she will be consumed with fire, for Adonai Yahweh judging her is strong.
Rev 18: 9 And the kings of the earth will weep for her, and will wail over her, those having
fornicated and having luxuriated with her, when they see the smoke of her burning;
Rev 18: 16 and saying, Woe! Woe to the great city having been clothed in linen and purple
and scarlet, and having been gilded with gold and precious stone, and pearls!
Rev 18: 17a For in one hour such great wealth was desolated.
Comment: Can anyone deny that these scriptures clearly define the United States of America? There
is no other single nation on earth, which has a standard of living such as the United States. Most in the
west have no concept of what world democracy, which America/Babylon has brought to the world, has
done to the majority of people living on this earth.
While the NAFTA and GATT, treaties of the 1990’s under Bill Clinton, brought widespread
prosperity to most in the U.S. and an unprecedented rise in the New York stock exchange, it was not
the same in most of the rest of the world. While someone in New York can buy a Gucci dress shirt for
$100 or more, the tag may still say made in Honduras or Philippines. The poor soul who actually made
the shirt is working for about 20 cents an hour while the U.S. Corporation is making billions of dollars.
This is what Babylon has brought to the world through world democracy. Poor women in Africa work
picking tea with their babies on their backs all day and make about 10 cents a basket. If they truly
work hard, they may fill two or possibly three baskets in the heat of the day. In even worse case
scenarios parents in places like India and the Ivory Coast, sell their children for $50 for slave labor, as
they are so poor that they do not even have food to eat.
So, we can see why our Heavenly Father is so upset with Babylon as she has luxuriated herself
through her so called free trade, 70% of the world or more do not even have clean water to drink, food
to eat, or sustained incomes to live. 70% of the world today lives on $5 a week or less, and the number
one job in the world today is working in rice fields and patties, making very little money to support
their families.

Many people living in places such as Philippines and Sri Lanka have to leave their families for years
to work overseas making maybe $40 or $50 a week and send all the money home, hoping to help their
children have a better life than they do. However, they do so at the expense of not seeing their little
children grow and sometimes the children do not even know who their parents are. Babylon’s
economic prowess made the merchants and bankers of the world rich but at the expense of billions of
poor people worldwide.
This is the real key to understanding why Yahweh is so angry about end time Babylon; because
Babylon did not only destroy itself with it’s over abundant lifestyles and covetous spirit, but it did so
at the enslavement of the souls of men (Rev 18:13).
Does the Bible tell us what will be the punishment for the nation of Babylon for the great crimes that
she has committed before Yahweh?
Jer 50:2 Declare among the nations, and make them hear, and lift up a banner. Make them hear, do
not hide it; say, Babylon is captured, Bel is put to shame, Merodach is broken in pieces, her
images are put to shame, her idols are broken in pieces.
Jer 50:3 For a nation comes up against her from the north, which shall make her land a
desert. Yea, no one shall dwell in it. They shall flee, they shall go, both man and animal.

generation. And the desert wanderer shall not pitch a tent there, nor shall the shepherds make
flocks lie down there.
Jer 51:29 And the land trembles and writhes in pain. For every purpose of Yahweh shall be done
against Babylon, to make the land of Babylon a waste without one living in it.
Jer 51:37 And Babylon shall become heaps, a home for jackals, a horror and a hissing, without
even one inhabitant.
Jer 51:43 Her cities have become a ruin, a dry land and a wilderness, a land in which no
man dwells, nor does any son of man pass by it.
Comment: Clearly, we see from Scripture that end time Babylon is indeed a land and not a religion
and that it will be completely destroyed. Scripture tells us that not even one human being will survive.
It is interesting to note that the scripture in Isaiah speaking of the total destruction of end time Babylon
is clearly end time as verse 6 and verse 9 clearly show that this destruction is coming during the Day
of Yahweh, which is His wrath during the seven last bowls of Revelation.
There are different ciphers that are used for Babylon in Jeremiah 50 and 51. Ciphers are hidden
meanings in words to hide the identity of the entity. One such name is “merathaim” which means
double punishment. In addition, we read in Revelation 18 that it says give back to her double as she

has given to you. This again is showing a double punishment to end time Babylon. The first
punishment will be taking down her sovereignty over the kings of the earth and the second punishment
at the return of Yahshua is complete annihilation, where not even one person will ever dwell in her
again.
It should also be noted at this point that it is not the beautiful mountains or landscape of the United
States that Yahweh is angry with. Although Babylon is a nation, as clearly shown from Scripture, it is
the system of world democracy that end time Babylon has brought to the world to corrupt all nations
that Yahweh is angered with.
Babylon has been a succession of world systems starting with Nimrod and the tower of Babel. Then,
Egypt took over as the Babylonian style world empire, after that it was Assyria, and then Babylon, the
Persians, after them Greece, and then Rome the sixth, and now America Babylon heading the New
World Order is the seventh system of global government. When America/Babylon is destroyed by the
beast of Revelation 13 and 17 that she created and is now riding, that beast will be the eighth system of
world government, but of the 7th (Rev 17:7-9), as it is already part of the global system of government
that America/ Babylon has set up under the United Nations in 1948.
The beast (United Nations) that Babylon/America set up has 7 heads (5 permanent members, a
rotating president and a secretary general) and ten horns (ten rotating members on the security council
that sit monthly with the five permanent members), who ultimately hate Babylon who is riding
(controlling) them and will destroy her.
Does scripture actually tell us who will destroy end time Babylon?
Dan 5:28 HALF MINAS: Your kingdom is divided and given to the Medes and Persians.
Jer 51:11 Purify the arrows, fill the shields; Yahweh has aroused the spirit of the kings of the
Medes. For His plan is against Babylon, to destroy it, because it is the vengeance of Yahweh, the
vengeance of His sanctuary.
Comment: Scripture gives us a very graphic account of the end times in the book of Daniel. Daniel
was written as a shadow to show what will happen in the end times (Dan 2: 28,44, Dan 7:17-18, Dan
8:17,19, Dan10:14). In Daniel’s time, it was prophesied that there would be four parts of that beast
system that will be in the end time. They consist of Babylon, Media- Persia, Greece and then Rome
(world government).
The parallel we have today from the book of Daniel is the head of gold is Babylon/America, as
proven in this study. The nations who will destroy Babylon are prophesied to be the Medes and the
Persians. If you look at who these nations are on any bible map, you will see that it is the Iranians and
Russia primarily, with Ukraine and other Soviet block countries helping them.
This is very interesting considering the geo-political situation going on in the world today. Iran calls
America the big satan and Israel the little satan and has challenged Washington D.C. as no other leader
in recent times has, except for maybe Saddam Hussein. It is also, interesting to note that since
America’s invasion of Iraq in 2003, that end time Babylon/America is occupying ancient Babylon...
