Hello, brothers and sisters! I've read that the 'Logos' (Word) concept was known in Ancient Greece, but I also heard about this Hellenistic Jew, called Philo, who wrote about God and the Logos and 'supposedly' these writings influenced the New Covenant writings, specifically the opening of the Gospel of John ("In the beginning was the Word..."). Now, I don't really believe that, but can someone please enlighten me more about this matter? (Philo's writings on Judaism and the 'supposed' Greek influence on the New Testament) I'll be thankful.

Peace
