Hello Theo - the posts go directly to the board. This feature was set-up by our web master and serves as a kind of filter. If you find something objectionable that goes against the YY forum policy guidelines that were set up, you can delete the post via this feature.

Hello staff, my question relates to the falling thru the cracks thread. When someone either starts a thread or adds a reply in our assigned folder(s), do we as moderators have a role in approving or otherwise moving these to the lasted posted area and display as most recent post by?

The other forums I've moderated have not had a delay in showing the post and would disapprove an objectionable post after it's posted.
