Since the Towrah does not list them, you can also use chervil, ginger, mustard seed, caraway, oregano, bay leaves, coriander, cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric, bertram, yarrow, and savory, even fenugreek, horehound, and mugwort.
If you have a lawn, you may find dandelion (taraxacum) readily available. If you can't fall asleep, try chamomile.
Bitter herbs are actually healthy. Most have beneficial medicinal attributes.
